I had booked and paid for Hotel Adagio (San Francisco - Autograph Collection) but did not receive the 5X reward points (Marriott Spending Bonus). I sent a message online to Chase and was notified within 24 hours that the my account will be credited in the next billing cycle. If you are eligble for the 5X you should check the reward activity online at MR , you will see "Marriott Spend" points deposited - do the math. I've read about other people experiencing similar issues and attributing it to the fact that "Marriott" is not in the name of the hotel and/or credit transaction description.
