Is there any way in advance to know of a hotel's concierge lounge hours, or even if they have a concierge lounge?? Or what they do or don't provide to Elite members?? It would be nice if there was something on the hotel webpage, in the Services section to read this information. Some hotel Concierge/Elite lounges are open on weekends and many are not, many of them close Fri nite to Sunday which is really bad for people who work on weekends!!
