Rewards validity.

I have stayed in Singapore Marriott Hotel on July 2012 for 2 nights, but when I checked my rewards is zero (0).  Actually it should be 70000 rewards for 2 nights stayed. 

Could your hotel input my 2 nights rewards in this year 2014 ?
