I am trying to booking a points redemption with cash upgrade. However, the option seems to have disappeared since the last time i checked. I now only see rewards redemption, OR rewards redemption with points upgrade.
I'm looking for the rewards redemption with cash upgrade, which used to be there.
I tried changing my dates and still, no hotels show up with that option..
Is there a bug?
