Rollover nights when total night stay >149

Hello,

Just wonder how we count the rollover night if my total night stay >149. Let's assume I have 151 nights at the end of the year 2014, and my Platinum Elite expire in 2015, since I have already reach THE FIRST 75 nights, my Platinum is now extended to 2016.

so, in 2015, will I get 151- 75 = 76 rollover nights? or I will get 151-75*2= 1 rollover night?

of course no mater how we count, that 76 will give me another year of Platinum, but I just wonder if I can get 76 nights rollover, so that I may be able to reach 200+ night following my current stay pattern next year.
