I'm looking for properties that allow you to redeem points for multi-room suite stays.

Has anyone recently (or ever) been able to redeem for multi-room suites?  I'm not referring to the one-bedroom suites but at least two rooms with standalone beds.  If you've been able to do this internationally, I'm even more interested.
