I understand that a new Dual Marriott brand hotel is coming to the Midtown Atlanta, GA area. It will be located on 14th Street between the Marriott Midtown Suites and the Four Seasons Hotel where that parking lot is located.
It will be an AC Hotel for the 1st 10 floors and the new Moxy Hotel will start on Floor 13 and upward.

It should be interesting as I sometimes stay at the Marriott Midtown Suites. It gives me another option to consider.
