I do not mind if I can not switch bonus programs (and have be able to many times in the past... Thank you Marriott!!!) but I have an issue when I am told that there are no other Mega Bonus programs running... I called last week to see if I could switich from the 20 nights (35k points) to something else and was told that there were no other programs being offfered...
The screen shots below are from my account and a friend's account... So this does not apppear to be the case...
