Help--need a copy of hotel bill

I am trying to get a detailed copy of my hotel bill from a recent stay at the Gaylord Palms. I was able to get my folio from my rewards, but it didn't have any actual detail--just categories of what was billed. I'm getting a little anxious to turn in my expense report as it was an eight-day stay. I tried emailing mbs.folio@marriott.com but no response. What can I do?
